Service Description: The data this tool sources is derived from the USGS Annual National Land Cover Database (NLCD), clipped to Kentucky, projected to EPSG 3089, and is hosted as an image service on KyRaster. The tool extracts the raster attribute table from each year selected and performs summary statistics with output as a JSON showing square mileages for each class and changes between the years.
