The State Board of Elections performs a compiling and procedural review function only, as authorized under KRS 117.055 to 117.0557, and does not originate, draw, or independently determine any precinct boundary or voter precinct assignment. Precinct boundaries are established, maintained, and controlled exclusively by each County Board of Elections, chaired by the County Clerk under KRS 117.035(3)(a), and remain subject to change as permitted by KRS 117.055 through 117.0557, including through a subsequently filed and approved Precinct Establishment Order.This precinct dataset is current through the November 3, 2026 General Election. Because precinct boundaries may be amended on each county's own timeline, this compiled precinct dataset may not reflect the most current precinct configuration at the moment of use, and does not reflect any Precinct Establishment Order filed or approved after the November 3, 2026 General Election. It is provided for general reference only and does not constitute the official legal record of precinct boundaries. For the authoritative and current boundary of a specific precinct, or for questions regarding voter precinct assignment, users should contact the County Clerk of the county in question.
